Developed in tandem with the commissioned artworks, each volume traces one of the six artists’ processes through essays, visual documentation and speculative or diagrammatic propositions.

Author Biography: Joella Kiu is a Curator at the Singapore Art Museum. She studies how artists employ the visual, textual, counter-cartographic, speculative and mythological to communicate rgent ecological conditions and contemporary lived realities. She holds an MA in History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art (2017) and a BA in History of Art from the University of York (2015).
