Who's Afraid of Contemporary Art? A Survival Kit

This education kit designed by the Singapore Art Museum with Singaporean artist Dawn Ng introduces contemporary art to children, using detailed, easy-to-use activity plans and teaching aids. Suitable for children aged 6 and above, the kit takes readers through the artist's conceptualisation of her bunny-shaped artwork WALTER, encouraging them to explore the idea and concept of spaces, draw inspiration from stories, and eventually apply what they have learnt to create their own artwork. The kit contains an information booklet with five detailed activity plans; picture cards and cue cards; 1 WALTER colouring book and 1 WALTER inflatable.
