How Long will it take for the printed books to arrive?

For In Stock Titles in the bookstore, delivery will take 3 -5 Working Days
For Print on Demand Titles, it will take 2-3 Weeks
For Out of Stock Titles, it will take 2-4 Weeks
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

How Long will it take for the ebooks Access Code to arrive
Ebook Access Codes will be emailed within 2 working days

Can I pick up my order?
Currently we don't offer self pick up service

I have received a faulty item, how do I go about exchanging it?
Please email to ecommerce@alkem.com.sg and one of our team members will advise you.

What Happen if I miss the parcel deliveries
We utilized multiple delivery partners. Our delivery partners will attempt up to 3 times. For SingPost, the mailman will leave a notice at your door for pickup at the nearest post office if you are not able to receive the parcel. 

What happen if I need to change my delivery address
Please email to ecommerce@alkem.com.sg for assistance. Do note, there will be a surcharge of SGD 6.00 for change of address if we have already initiated delivery. If we haven't dispatch the books, any change of address is free

How can I track my orders?
You will receive an email with the tracking number (if available) and a SMS (if you provide us your Handphone number) once the books has been dispatched from our Distribution Center

What Time is the delivery schedule?
Our delivery schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9am – 9pm. *No deliveries done on Sunday and Public holidays

Can we indicated a preferred delivery date and time?
At this point, we are NOT able to accept a specific delivery date or time

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) , PayPal. Google Pay, Apple Pay, ShopPay
  
• We also accept bank transfer and PayNow in Singapore. Please email to ecommerce@alkem.com.sg a copy of the bank transfer and please indicate the Order number when doing the bank transfer

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods . You will need to registered an account with us before proceeding further

Please note that due to the nature of the ebooks, ebooks are strictly sold on a firm basis

Please note all Ebooks are strictly sold on a firm sales basis and no refund can be initiated once the ebook has been redeem online. 

You will need a reading app eg Adobe Digital Edition to open the ebooks or an app that is specified by the publisher. Do note under copyright law, we are unable to provide the PDF or ePub copy and you can usually print or copy up to 10% of the content only

Do I receive a special price for books adopted in SUSS?
Yes, you are entitled to student pricing subject to Publisher Terms and Conditions, In addition, you are given free delivery

Do we need to use SUSS e-mail to create an account?
We can accept both SUSS email and personal email. However, we reserve the rights to verify that you are either a student, lecturer or a staff and have the rights to reject the order if you are not an SUSS affiliate 

When is the SUSS online bookstore open till?
The SUSS Online Bookstore is only open during school terms and 4 weeks before school reopens

Why can't I find the approved print textbook online?
Some Textbooks are only available as an ebook
